Where can I ask someone to do my CompTIA exam last minute?

My Security+ exam got scheduled for this Friday, but my little sister fell sick Monday morning and I have been taking care of her ever since. I have not opened my study materials in four days and the test is almost here. I feel completely stuck because I cannot cancel now. I keep thinking maybe I should find a service where I can just say do my CompTIA exam for me so I do not lose this chance. Has anyone here tried getting help when time ran out like this? I just need to know what actually works.
